As a distribution company, our relationships with our vendors is one of the most important aspects of our business. We are constantly working to reduce our lead times, better our terms and pricing, obtain samples and marketing material, plus much more.
We understand there is a strong correlation between our ability to communicate with our vendors and your likelihood of successfully selling their products. These relationships are critical and we take them very seriously. For us to distribute a vendors products, we require them to be better for you. We constantly challenge them to improve their logistics, turnaround time, back-orders, pricing and communication. We ask our vendors for a dedicated representative which enhances our ability to communicate your needs. We do all of this in constant pursuit of our core values stated in our mission statement.
