How do you determine my discount level?

A.

We like to be upfront with our pricing. That is why we created a pricing structure displaying the volume discounts you can achieve as you grow. The following categories are based on your average order size and the greatest discount you can achieve off of wholesale.
 

  • <$200 per order: Wholesale
  • $200-499 per order: Up to 25% Discount
  • >$500 per order: Up to 30% Discount

You don’t currently deliver in my area? What are my options for RTD’s?

A.

If you fall outside of our delivery route, there may be options for reducing your shipping costs. We are constantly expanding our delivery territory and would love to know that you are interested in our future route expansion. For the time being, we may be able to negotiate shipping costs if your volume is substantial enough. Contact us for more information or if you would like to discuss further.

I’m not logged in; why can’t I see my price?

A.

In order to protect our retailers, we do not reveal our pricing to those who are not logged in. This allows us to display your pricing and profit margins without revealing this to your customers. If you would like to register for an online account, fill out our registration form or contact us.

Why can’t I add an item to my cart?

A.

If you are not logged in, our website will not allow you to add a product to your cart. This is to prevent non-retailers from being able to purchase items on our website. If you have not registered for our site, you may fill out our registration form our contact us.

My pricing is not correct. How do I place an order?

A.

If your pricing is not correct, continue with your order and checkout using the "I Have Net Terms" option. Your order will be submitted, at which point, it will be reviewed by our online order team for any pricing discrepancies. Any pricing difference will be reconciled and we will charge your card on file for the corrected amount. If you are not comfortable submitting an order with the incorrect pricing, you may submit an order using any other contact method. If this error occurs, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, not all special pricing can be accounted for on our online ordering system.

What are your daily shipping cut-off times?

A.

Any order submitted by 4:00 PM PST on weekdays will ship out the same day using the carrier of our choice. Fed-Ex ground quotes next-weekday delivery for all Oregon and western Washington. Orders to eastern Washington and Idaho take one to two days. Please note that transit times are based on Fed-Ex posted transit times and are not guaranteed.
